This is a legal agreement between you (“you, “your, “or “yours”) and Kalox Media, Inc., a company located in Sierra Leone (“Kalox Stars Agency), “we, “us, “or “our”). By filling the Marketing or Advertising Form, “Check the terms and conditions box and I Submit” Button at the end of the membership application form terms and conditions (“Tickets and Movies Marketing Terms and Conditions), you agree that you have read and understand these tickets and movies marketing terms and conditions and that you agree for the Kalox Media, Inc (Kalox Stars Agency) to legally sell your film (s) or Show/Event Ticket (s) on your behalf herein.

Any version of this Terms and Conditions in a language other than Krio and English is provided for convenience, and you understand and agree that Krio and English languages will control if there is any conflict.

We (Kalox Stars Agency) advise you (Movie Copyright Owner or Show/Event Owner) to only continue if you are satisfied with these terms and conditions.

1. OVERVIEW

These Tickets and Movies Marketing Terms and Conditions contain the complete terms and Conditions that apply to your affiliation with us (“Kalox Stars Agency”). These Tickets and Movies Marketing Terms and Conditions Bind You (Film Producers, show or event organizers/companies/organizations) and us (Kalox Stars Agency). It also allows you (Film Producers, show or event organizers/companies/organizations) to host your services profile on our website for marketing and promotion to meet a wider audience as set forth herein.  2. SHOW/EVENT TICKETS MARKETING:

This show/event Ticket marketing Terms and conditions bind us (Kalox Stars Agency) and show or event organizers/companies/organizations. This Term defines that show or event organizers/companies/organizations can get 75% per Ticket Sold.

Kalox Stars Agency will deduct 30% from each Ticket Sold. 20% will go to Kalox Stars Agency, and 10% to our Affiliate Marketers.

When people buy a show or event Tickets through Kalox Affiliate Links, the Kalox team is happy because we make a profit. Affiliates are also excited because they get a commission. Show or event organizers/companies/organizations are also pleased because they sell tickets, and Customers are satisfied because they bought show or event tickets. So, it’s a win-win situation where everybody wins.

3. FILM LAUNCHING TICKETS:

This Film Launching Ticket Terms and Conditions bind us (Kalox Stars Agency) and Film Producers or Production Companies (Copyright Owners). This and Conditions define that Producers or Production Companies (Copyright Owners) can get 70% per Ticket Sold.

Kalox Stars Agency will deduct 30% from each Ticket Sold. 20% will go to Kalox Stars Agency, and 10% to our Affiliate Marketers.

When people buy a Movie Premiering Ticket through Kalox Affiliate Links, the Kalox team is happy because we make a profit. Affiliates are also excited because they get a commission. Film Producers (Production Companies and Copyright Owners) are also pleased because they sell tickets, and Customers are satisfied because they bought Film Premiering Tickets. So, it’s a win-win situation where everybody wins.

4. MOVIES MARKETING (HARD AND SOFT COPIES):

This Movies marketing Terms and Conditions bind us (Kalox Stars Agency) and Film Producers or Production Companies (Copyright Owners). This and Conditions define that Producers or Production Companies (Copyright Owners) can get 70% per Copy Sold.

Kalox Stars Agency will deduct 30% from each Movie Copy Sold. 20% will go to Kalox Stars Agency, and 10% to our Affiliate Marketers.

When people buy a Movie through Kalox Affiliate Links, the Kalox team is happy because we make a profit. Affiliates are also excited because they get a commission. Film Producers or Production Companies (Copyright Owners) are also pleased because they sell a copy, and Customers are satisfied because they bought the movie. So, it’s a win-win situation where everybody wins.

5. Enrollment on Kalox Stars Website

(a) Application Completion: If you have not done so, you must complete an application to Become a member (the “Application”). In addition, you need to read and understand these Tickets and Movies Marketing Terms and Conditions.

(b) Acceptance of Your Application: If we accept your application, you will receive an email notification confirming that your application has been approved. You understand and agree that we may accept or reject your application at our discretion.

Please accept your application if any of your provided information needs to be corrected or completed. Suppose your Tickets and Movies’ Marketing Terms and Conditions need to be signed or sent to us (Kalox Stars Agency). We may reject your application if you did not sign or send it to us (Kalox Stars Agency) or for any other reason.

(c) Access to our website: If we accept your application, we will send you a welcome email with your login details so that you may enter our secure Tickets and Movies Marketing Membership center.

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password information secure. For clarity, promotional materials are defined as banners, text links, article copy, videos, fliers, and access to data feeds.

(d) Please make sure that your information, including your phone number and email address, is always complete, accurate, and up-to-date. We may be able to send communications to the email address associated with your account if you don’t mind. You will have received all notifications, approvals, and other communications sent to that email address, even if the email address associated with your account is no longer current.

(e) You must read and understand this Tickets and Movies Marketing Terms and Conditions. As a member, you also understand and agree that you have read and fully agree to the terms and conditions listed on our website.
