This is a legal agreement between you (“you, “your, “or “yours”) and Kalox Media, Inc., a company located in Sierra Leone (“Kalox Stars Agency), “we, “us, “or “our”). By filling the Creative Talent Form, “Check the terms and conditions box and I Submit” Button at the end of the talent membership application form terms and conditions (“Talent Contract Terms and Conditions) you agree that you have read and understand these talent contract sharing terms and conditions and that you agree for the Kalox Stars Agency to legally represent you and sign clients’ contracts on your behalf herein.

Any version of this Talent Contract Terms and Conditions in a language other than Krio and English is provided for convenience, and you understand and agree that Krio and English languages will control if there is any conflict.

1. Overview

These Talent Contract Terms and Conditions contain the complete terms and Conditions that apply to you when becoming a Talent Member on the Kalox Stars Agency Website (the “Kalox Stars Agency Website”). This Talent Contract Terms and Conditions bind creative talents and Kalox Stars Agency. It also allows you to meet clients in and out of Sierra Leone and make money with your career through performance from your skills to our services in the manner set forth herein.

 2. Creative Talents Contract Sharing

These Talent Contract Sharing Terms and Conditions bind us (Kalox Stars Agency) and you (Creative Talent). Kalox Media (Kalox Stars Agency) will legally represent you and sign clients’ contracts on your behalf herein. The Agency has set a contract-sharing percentage for all creative talents. Upon each contract signed by the agency for any creative talent, 70% will go to you (creative talent), and 30% must allocated to us (Kalox Stars Agency). Upon signing a contract, the Kalox team will need creative talent and the representative’s signatures.

3. Contract Fulfillments

Kalox Stars Agency is responsible for the following:

1. Overseeing creative talent finishes project to client stipulated date.
2. Making sure that talent reaches the project location on time
3. Making sure that creative talents are safe and handled with respect in the field of work.
4. Making sure that all project materials are available and secure
5. Making sure that clients get what they want from talents

 4. Creative Talents Project Payments

Kalox Stars Agency will be committed to paying creative talents project payment by installment. All payments will need a signature of creative talent. The following are creative talents project payment installments:

1. Creative talents must get 40% before starting a project.
2. 30% will be paid after fulfillment of the project with the client’s satisfaction.
3. Creative Talent Responsibilities

Kalox Stars Agency expects all creative talents to commit to paying and renewing their website membership profiles yearly to keep it active online. Creative talents must also commit to promoting their profile online and offline to reach wider audiences and secure contracts.

5. Enrollment on Kalox Stars Website (Talent Membership)

(a) Application Completion: If you have not done so, you must complete an application to Become a Talent (the “Application”). In addition, you need to Download this Talent Contract Term, print, sign, and upload it to the Kalox Stars Agency Website (“we, “us, “or “our”). The Signed Talent Contract Terms document must be uploaded in PDF format.

(b) Acceptance of Your Application: If we accept your application, you will receive an email notification confirming that your application has been approved. You understand and agree that we may accept or reject your application at our discretion.

Please accept your application if any of the information you provided needs to be corrected or completed. Suppose your Talent Contract Term needs to be signed or sent to us (Kalox Stars Agency). We may reject your application if you did not sign or send it to us (Kalox Stars Agency) or for any other reason.

(c) Access to our Become a Talent: If we accept your application, we will send you a welcome email with your login details so that you may enter our secure Talent Membership center.

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password information secure. For clarity, promotional materials are defined as banners, text links, article copy, fliers, and access to data feeds.

(d) Please make sure that your information, including your email address, is always complete, accurate, and up-to-date. We can send communications to the email address associated with your account if that’s okay with you. You will have received all notifications, approvals, and other communications sent to that email address, even if the email address associated with your account is no longer current.

(e) You must read and understand this Talent Contract term. As a member, you also understand and agree that you have read and fully agree to the terms and conditions listed on our website.
